I can say that we were very lucky to find Pro Step Landscaping- Professional,Customer service focussed. They have literally transformed our backyard- making ready for our new pergola.Hopefully my crappy photo skills do not diminish their work. The work they produce does not equal what they charge. I might sound like I work for them. I've just dealt with a lot of companies. I can't fault them.

Great service and well priced. Turned up the day and time they said they would turn up too which is rare! Had a couple of small issues which was partially my fault but they came back and fixed it as promised. 100% recommend 👌

From the get go Dillin kept his word and came early next day at 6:45 am in the morning with punctuality. Dillin with customer eccentricity was thoroughly collaborative and informative of the queries I had. On the job, Luke, Gaz and Jarrard were extremely professional, poliet and informative of the process while the landscaping was being undertaken over the 3 days. Especially Luke whom came on the weekend alone to tenaciously work to ensure the project was completely in a timely manner. Recently we had the privilege of using Pro Step Landscaping to turn our Unit Courtyard from a not fit purpose into a wonderful useable space which we can enjoy. Dillon, Jarrad & Luke done an outstanding job. From the very start we were kept up to date when everything would de done & if we had a question Dillon would text or call back immediately. They started when they said they would & worked through the hottest days of December 25. Their commitment was unprecedented & completed the project on time. We changed our minds a few times to what we wanted & without hesitation they implemented the changes without a problem. They will be prompt, competitive in their quote, courteous when on site & very easy going. The Space was bushy as. The area I wanted was overdue for upgrade. Prostep,s Dillin was educative on synthetic grass, used high quality product from the market, gave me an honest pricing, great time managment and finished the job to a high quality result.
